WORK EXPERIENCE

2007 – Present:  TKJ Polygraph, LLC:  A private Nebraska company specializing in the Psychophysiological Detection of Deception in the areas of Sex Offender testing and Criminal Assessments.  Testing is performed on behalf of law enforcement agencies, members of the legal community, treatment professionals, and selective private request.

1981 – 2007:  U.S. Air Force Retired SMSgt (E-8).  During 26-year career, served in various positions culminating in the last nine years as a First Sergeant.  During First Sergeant tenure, exercised general supervision of over 4,000 airmen in joint services in eight different units.  Three tours of duty with military police units in CONUS, deployed overseas units, and remote tour areas.  Broad duties included investigation of routine violations, exacting counseling and discipline to assigned personnel, interacting with prosecutorial and defense counsel, coordinating with formal investigation agencies, and overseeing the balanced application of individual responsibility and mission accomplishment.
